• Ensure all submitted content is copyright-free or properly licensed.

4. Revisions and Changes

5. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, the client owns the final website design and content.
• We retain the right to showcase the project in our portfolio and marketing.

6. Project Timelines

Timelines are estimated and may vary based on client responsiveness and unforeseen circumstances. Delays caused by the client may result in timeline extensions or additional fees.

7. Warranties and Liability

• We provide the services “as is” and do not guarantee specific business outcomes.
• We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including downtime, security issues, or data loss.
• The client is responsible for ongoing website maintenance unless otherwise agreed.

8. Termination and Cancellation

• Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
• In case of cancellation, the client must pay for work completed up to the termination date.
• Deposits are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

9. Third-Party Services

We may integrate third-party tools (e.g., hosting providers, plugins). We are not responsible for their performance or downtime.

10. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not share your information except as necessary to deliver our services.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance.
